Receiving/Inventory Warehouse

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Warehouse Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Record and track all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions using the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Prepare inventory reports and present findings to management.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives to optimize inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a distribution or manufacturing setting.
