About the Role
Orthopedic Sales Representative
Location: Naples, FL
Work Model: Field-Based / Local Territory
Territory: Collier County
We’re looking for an Orthopedic Sales Representative to partner with the Naples Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for assigned Arthrex products and services.
What You’ll Do
- Manage your assigned territory, accounts, and sales activities.
- Drive sales of orthopedic and sports medicine products.
- Build relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and surgery centers.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and introduce additional products.
- Develop competitive sales strategies and targeted campaigns.
- Conduct product presentations and sales activities.
- Share customer and market feedback with management.
- Travel throughout Collier County to support customers.
- Be available for occasional weekend work when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 year of Arthrex, Arthrex agency, or competitive sports medicine/orthopedic sales experience.
- Experience with arthroscopy, extremities, sports medicine, or orthopedic products.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
- Microsoft Office proficiency; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Professional and confident when working with healthcare professionals.
