Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Pallet Repair Associate to inspect, repair, and rebuild wooden pallets to meet quality and safety standards. This role is production-focused, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who likes working with tools and seeing tangible results at the end of the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming pallets for damage and determine repair needs
- Use tools such as nail guns, hammers, and saws to repair or rebuild pallets
- Replace broken or damaged boards to restore pallet integrity
- Stack and sort pallets by grade and condition
- Maintain a steady production pace to meet daily targets
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Keep work area clean and organized
Production Expectations
- Work toward daily/weekly repair targets
- Maintain consistent output while meeting quality standards
- Contribute to team goals and overall site productivity
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or outdoor environment
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
- Experience with hand tools or construction is a plus, not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Work Environment
- Industrial/warehouse setting (may be hot, cold, dusty, or noisy)
- Fast-paced and physically demanding
