Requirements
- Previous experience operating Waterjet, Laser, or CNC machinery
- Ability to safely set up and operate production equipment
- Knowledge of G-Code and CNC machining processes
- Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and blueprints
- Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Job Duties
- Set up and operate Waterjet Laser and/or CNC machines
- Load and unload materials onto production equipment
- Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Machine parts to tight tolerances
- Deburr, drill, tap, and countersink finished components
- Interpret engineering drawings and production specifications
- Maintain the quality of fabricated parts and equipment
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
