Warehouse Sorter Job Duties:
- Load, unload, sort, and move products by hand or with equipment
- Pick, pack, and prep items so orders are accurate and ready to roll
- Use handheld scanners or devices to track products (we'll train you)
- Stay active - on your feet, lifting to 50 lbs., and keeping pace
- Follow safety rules and help keep the floor clear and organized
- Show up, clock in, and give a solid day's work - no coasting
- Keep your focus sharp - details matter when orders are on the line
- Be willing to learn, follow instructions, and improve every shift
- Work with your crew - team-first, no drama
- Stay flexible - shifts, overtime, and new tasks come with the territory
