Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse, inventory control, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Understanding of inventory transactions, receiving inspections, and RMA processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fleet coordination or vehicle maintenance tracking experience preferred
- Manage the Suspended Material Area (SMA) and track material dispositions
- Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and inventory transactions
- Perform incoming shipment inspections and verify documentation accuracy
- Assign and stage incoming materials for production or project needs
- Coordinate outgoing shipments and shipping documentation
- Maintain organized warehouse and parts pickup areas
- Monitor fleet maintenance schedules and coordinate service needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the Workforce Management System
- Assist with inventory counts, material tracking, and obsolete inventory disposition
- Support safe, clean, and efficient warehouse operations
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
- Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.
