Warehouse Lead Skills Requirements Job Duties:
- Previous Warehouse Lead, Warehouse Supervisor, or Warehouse Associate experience.
- Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse team members.
- Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment.
- Load, unload, inspect, organize, and stage incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a company vehicle for material deliveries and pickups.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse inventory or CRM systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse while reporting equipment or maintenance issues.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials while following warehouse safety procedures.
