Requirements:
- Previous Shipping & Receiving, Warehouse Associate, or Warehouse Worker experience preferred
- Strong forklift operating experience (required)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Experience loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Team player committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Steel-toed shoes required

Job Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and documentation.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for on-time shipping and delivery.
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse material handling equipment.
- Load and unload trucks while following warehouse safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control.
- Organize warehouse inventory to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Work independently while supporting overall warehouse operations.
- Assist with general shipping, receiving, and warehouse duties as assigned.
