- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred or willingness to complete company training and certification
- Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely in a warehouse setting
Day-to-Day.
- Operate forklifts, powered pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring accurate material handling and storage
- Pick and fulfill orders according to pick lists and job order requests
- Pull, package, and deliver parts to designated production or warehouse areas
- Receive incoming materials and process shipments following established receiving procedures
- Enter and manage inventory transactions within SAP
- Issue parts to work orders and maintain accurate inventory records
- Catalog and organize materials for the Laydown Yard Manager (LDM)
- Prepare and process shipments to domestic and international mills and secondary service vendors
- Maintain warehouse metrics, cost savings reports, and inventory tracking spreadsheets
- Follow company shipping and warehouse
