Pay Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:30 am - 5 pm

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
- Previous manufacturing or sandblasting experience preferred
- Experience in metal fabrication or industrial finishing is a plus
- Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications
- Forklift or overhead crane experience is beneficial
- Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and finish metal parts
- Inspect components before and after blasting to verify quality standards
- Load and unload parts into blasting cabinets or work areas
- Mask or protect designated areas prior to blasting
- Monitor blast media and equipment performance
- Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance
- Use measuring tools and visual inspections to ensure quality
- Package and stage completed parts for production or shipment
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with additional production or warehouse duties as needed
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stand and move throughout the workday
- Perform repetitive motions with hands and arms
- Bend, stoop, reach, and work in a manufacturing environment
- Wear required PPE while operating equipment
- Steel-toed boots required
