Sales Floor Associate - Fireplaces & Home Heating Solutions

Are you a people person with a knack for great customer service? Do you enjoy helping others find products that make their homes more comfortable and inviting? We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Floor Associate to join our friendly, locally owned fireplace and home heating team!
As part of our client's in-store sales team, you'll be the face of our company - welcoming customers, learning about their needs, and helping them find the perfect heating solutions to transform their homes.
Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hr. (Depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm smile and provide exceptional, personalized service from start to finish.
- Guide customers through product options, explaining features, benefits, and recommendations with confidence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom that inspires customers.
- Process sales quickly and accurately while ensuring every customer leaves happy.
- Support inventory management by restocking, tagging, and organizing merchandise.
- Work with your team to meet sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Must have two years of sales experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Great communication and people skills
- A friendly, professional attitude and a team-player mindset
- Willingness to learn about fireplaces and home heating products.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs
