Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 1st Shift: 7 AM-3:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM-12 AM | OT as needed

Reach Truck Operator - Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.
Reach Truck Operator - Skills Experience Requirements
- Recent Reach Truck Operator experience required.
- Crown Reach Truck experience required.
- Order picking and warehouse material handling experience.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Reach Truck Operator - Physical Capabilities
- Work in warehouse temperatures ranging from approximately 42F to 55F.
- Work in both regular warehouse and cold storage areas.
- Stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Perform physical warehouse and material handling tasks.
- Safely operate Reach Truck equipment.
- Wear required steel-toe shoes.
- Operate a Crown Reach Truck to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Pick and stage orders accurately.
- Load and unload trailers.
- Transport materials to designated warehouse locations.
- Support inventory movement and product staging.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
