Requirements:
- Previous experience using hand and power tools (drills, impact drivers, caulk guns, hammers)
- Ability to read work orders and follow written instructions
- Ability to accurately use a tape measure (employee must provide their own)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Ability to wear required PPE (company provided)
Job Duties:
- Assist with shipping and crating finished products for shipment
- Seal louvers and finished products using a caulk gun
- Assemble fabricated louvers using drills, impact drivers, and screws
- Read work orders and compare them to build cut sheets to ensure accuracy
- Measure materials using a tape measure to verify dimensions
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly and production tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality before shipment
- Lift, move, and transport materials throughout the production area
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and PPE requirements
- Support various production departments based on shipping schedules and operational needs
