Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Shift: 40-60 hours per week

- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience required
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Ability to maintain accountability and motivate employees
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Supervise production employees throughout the shift
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and work instructions
- Coordinate workflow to maximize production efficiency
- Coach, mentor, and support production team members
- Track attendance, productivity, and shift performance
- Conduct routine production floor walkthroughs
- Resolve employee and operational issues as they arise
- Complete production reports and communicate updates to management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around production equipment
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting
