Production Operator

Staffmark is hiring Production Operators in Vandalia, OH! Join a growing manufacturing team where your skills are valued, and every day brings the chance to work with precision, innovation, and a supportive team.

Pay & Shifts:

• 1st Shift: $17.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: $19/hr
• Schedule: 1st or 2nd shift

What You'll Do:

• Perform pre-assembly operations and assemble parts accurately
• Follow process specifications, routers, and drawings
• Cut leads, wrap tape, and set up/run lead cutting machines
• Complete inspections and document work according to standards
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (10 hours)
• Work independently while maintaining focus and precision

Requirements:

• 0-4 years of assembly experience or proficiency in at least one job function
• Mechanically inclined with excellent manual dexterity
• Ability to work with small parts (<1.5 inches in diameter)

Basic math and measurement skills

ITAR compliant

Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks
