To Crush This Job
- Previous printing or production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to operate or learn printing machinery and related software
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to safely lift to 50 lbs., throughout shift as needed
- Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy
Your Role on the Floor
- Operate and maintain printing equipment, including digital printers, heat press machines, and screen printing equipment
- Prepare materials for printing such as paper, vinyl, and other media
- Review job orders to ensure accuracy in design, color, and specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs
- Assist with cutting, trimming, packaging, and finishing printed products
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Use basic computer systems for job tracking and production tasks
