Education Requirements

Experience Requirements
- 2 years of experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work safely around moving machinery and follow protocols
Physical Capabilities
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
- Steel-toes
- Able to stand for a 12-hour shift
Job Duties
- Operate, set up, and troubleshoot label manufacturing equipment
- Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance
- Log production data accurately using computer systems
- Support material handling, packing, and cross-department collaboration
- Participate in safety training and proactive hazard identification
