The Daily Grind (aka What You'll Do):
- Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately according to assigned picking lists
- Verify product quantities and descriptions to ensure order accuracy
- Stage and organize orders for shipment
- Use handheld scanners to track inventory and completed orders
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or shortages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse duties
- Work collaboratively to meet productivity and order fulfillment goals
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, order picking, or distribution experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret order lists, product labels, and shipping information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory quantities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
