- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, sorting, or distribution experience preferred
- Basic scanner and computer skills are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Inspect products for damage and verify order information
- Select appropriate packaging materials based on order size and weight
- Scan items and sort products into proper warehouse locations
- Move completed orders to conveyor systems for processing
- Set up and operate manual sorting stations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
