Requirements
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 10-15 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Pick and pack products accurately based on customer orders
- Assemble and label boxes for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and barcode scanners
- Organize and stock products in designated warehouse locations
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and order fulfillment goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
