Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Normal Schedule:Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Current OT Schedule (As needed):Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Fridays | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to learn multiple packaging and product specifications quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Dependable attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic required
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 12 hour shifts
- Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly
- Good hand dexterity and coordination for labeling and assembly tasks
- Steel-toed boots required
What You'll Do:
- Assemble, label, and pack a variety of product boxes according to company specifications
- Apply labels accurately and inspect finished products for quality and correctness
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain production standards while performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures
- Support additional production and packaging duties as assigned
