Requirements
- No previous warehouse experience required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs. (occasionally up to 50 lbs. with assistance)
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift
Job Duties
- Assemble product kits by gathering materials according to work instructions
- Pack finished products for shipment while ensuring quality and accuracy
- Label, sort, and organize products and inventory
- Inspect products and report defects or discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as needed
