Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for eight to 10 hours
- Ability to bend and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift products weighing up to 50 pounds
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to cross-train and change tasks as needed
- Composite- or steel-toe footwear required
- Comfortable working in a climate-controlled facility that may still feel warm during hot weather
Job Duties:
- Use RF scanners and pick sheets to identify order requirements
- Locate, scan, and verify warehouse products
- Confirm part numbers and quantities
- Pick small parts and parcels accurately
- Distinguish between products with similar identification numbers
- Verify quantities within multi-unit cartons
- Prevent incorrect shipments through careful order checks
- Cross-train in multiple warehouse departments
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all warehouse and equipment safety procedures
