These are the qualifications that matter.
- 5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or sales operations
- Experience in manufacturing or technical product environments preferred
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong data entry, reporting, and organizational abilities
- Open to moving out of state in 1 - 3 years with a promotion
Job Duties:
- Manage incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and process customer quotes, orders, and order revisions
- Maintain accurate customer, sales, and opportunity data within HubSpot CRM
- Support sales reporting and maintain related documentation and records
- Coordinate shipping, invoicing, and order fulfillment activities with internal teams
- Resolve customer questions, order issues, and delivery concerns promptly
- Communicate with distributors regarding orders, product availability, and updates
- Coordinate inventory, backorders, and delivery schedules to meet customer expectations
- Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and promotional events
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain organized records and perform additional administrative duties as assigned
