- 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM - 11 PM
- Mandatory OT plus alternate weekends

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training in manufacturing, machining, metal fabrication, or industrial production is a plus.
- Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, metal fabrication, machining, grinding, finishing, or industrial operations preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools, measurement devices, and basic shop equipment is beneficial.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other inspection tools is a plus.
- Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards in a production environment.
- Regularly lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, vibration, metal dust, sparks, and moving machinery while wearing required PPE.
- Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to safely handle materials and equipment.
- Assist with setup, operation, and maintenance of belt grinding equipment, including belt changes, machine adjustments, and fixture preparation.
- Load, unload, and transport raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the production process.
- Perform basic grinding, deburring, smoothing, and surface-finishing tasks to meet customer and quality specifications.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and complete quality checks, production counts, and documentation.
- Support packaging, labeling, and material staging activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by removing debris, metal shavings, and dust.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and manufacturing standards while promptly reporting equipment issues or hazards.
