What are the responsibilities and job description for the Japanese Bilingual HR Manager position at Staffmark Group?

- Lead and oversee all HR operations across multiple group entities
- Administer payroll and employee benefits programs, including 401(k) and health insurance
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Provide guidance to management and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance matters
- Partner with leadership to provide HR insights and support businessdecisions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; update policies as needed

Develop and maintain job descriptions aligned with FLSA classifications
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback cycles
- Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and terminations
- Participate in management and executive meetings as the HR representative
- Lead andexecute HR-related projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors (e.g., benefits providers, consultants)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including hands-on experience in payroll and benefits administration required; experience supporting multiple entities is a plus
