Requirements:
- Previous customer service, administrative, logistics, purchasing, or supplier coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Professional communication skills when working with vendors and suppliers
- Reliable and dependable with strong time management skills
Job Duties:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and out-of-state parts suppliers, including ProTech and Summit Polymers
- Communicate with suppliers regarding parts availability, orders, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate and track supplier communications to ensure timely fulfillment of parts needs
- Resolve supplier-related issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions and order updates
- Work closely with internal departments to support production and inventory needs
- Provide administrative support related to supplier coordination and purchasing activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned
