Location: Valdosta, GA
Pay Rate: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
Schedule:12-Hour Rotating Shifts | 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Steel-toe boots required; company-issued PPE must be worn
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving equipment
- Must follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and company safety procedures
Job Duties
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Repair and maintain conveyors, production machinery, and other industrial equipment
- Perform equipment inspections and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Document maintenance activities and completed repairs
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize equipment reliability
- Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned
