- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Hospitality, hotel management, or supervisory training is a plus.
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards, safety procedures, and inventory management preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, resort, or property management environments.
- Experience with employee scheduling, payroll administration, inventory control, and quality inspections preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage staff and maintain high service standards.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb stairs throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment.
- Capable of performing detailed room inspections and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Ability to move throughout multiple properties, guest rooms, and condominium units regularly.
- Supervise and support housekeeping team members to ensure daily cleaning schedules are completed efficiently.
- Create employee schedules and assist with payroll processing and timekeeping records.
- Inspect guest rooms and condominium units after cleaning to ensure quality, cleanliness, and brand standards are met.
- Conduct routine inventory counts of linens, supplies, and in-room amenities, and place orders as needed.
- Monitor housekeeping productivity, address performance concerns, and provide coaching and training.
- Maintain accurate records related to inventory, staffing, and housekeeping operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and guest service expectations.
