Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift and pallet jack experience required
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and perform basic preventive maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to read and interpret purchase orders and work orders
- Ability to lift, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Commitment to workplace safety and standard operating procedures
Job Duties:
- Package finished products for shipment, including shrink wrapping, boxing, and labeling
- Verify purchase orders and work orders to ensure products are assembled correctly and ready for delivery
- Inspect products for quality and ensure damaged items are not shipped or stored
- Load finished products onto trucks for shipment
- Unload incoming shipments and stock materials in designated warehouse locations
- Prepare customer orders by picking, wrapping, and staging products for delivery
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials safely throughout the warehouse
- Perform inventory counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Move inventory into and out of controlled storage locations
- Secure loads prior to transportation and optimize loads for operational efficiency
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on forklifts and pallet jacks
- Provide support to other warehouse departments as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and standard operating guidelines
