- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and understand shipping, receiving, inventory, and quality control documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs).
- Commitment to workplace safety and following standard operating procedures.
- Previous experience as a Forklift Operator, Material Handler, or Warehouse Associate in a manufacturing or distribution environment required.
- Experience with shipping and receiving, inventory management, warehouse operations, and material handling required.
- Proven ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently while moving raw materials and finished goods.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
- Ability to climb stairs and work safely in an active manufacturing environment.
- Ability to inspect equipment, move materials, and maintain consistent attention to safety procedures.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks, verify labels and product information, and complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and BOL documentation.
- Support production operations by supplying materials, loading empty totes, and removing full totes from production lines.
- Organize warehouse inventory, maintain stock accuracy, and assist with cycle counts and monthly inventory activities.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections, report maintenance or safety concerns, and participate in safety meetings and training programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following all safety, quality, and operational procedures to support efficient production and on-time customer deliveries.
