- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience required
- Experience in metal manufacturing, forging, machining, or production environments is a plus
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Perform final surface inspection and conditioning of forged parts before shipment
- Apply product identification markings according to specifications
- Prepare furnace loads based on material type and production requirements
- Verify part counts, straightness, and flatness before and after heat treatment
- Perform cold and hot straightening of materials as needed
- Conduct hardness inspections on forged products
- Assist with furnace startup and monitor heat treatment processes
- Support production operations and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Steel-toed boots required
