Schedule: Monday - Friday | 1st Shift, 5 AM - 1:30 PM | 2nd Shift, 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM

This is what it takes to work for us:
- Previous experience operating Reach Trucks and/or Side Loaders (required)
- Forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
- Experience working in freezer or cold-storage environments preferred
- Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or flexible schedules as needed
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in cold temperatures and at heights while operating equipment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
This is what you'll do:
- Safely operate Reach Trucks, Side Loaders, Forklifts, and Pallet Jacks
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers accurately and efficiently
- Move, stage, and store inventory throughout the warehouse
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Perform shrink wrapping, boxing, and other shipping preparation tasks
- Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and maintain accurate records
- Verify products against purchase orders, work orders, and shipping documents
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products are damage-free and shipment-ready
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation
- Secure loads properly before transport and storage
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures, GMP standards, and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support other warehouse departments and operational needs as required
