Pay: $17.20 - $17.75/hour offers commission that averages $3,000/month
Full Benefits Starting Day One
Schedule:
Training: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Post-Training: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-9:00 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
(Must work 2 nights until 9pm a week) Employees can work 8 hours of choice between the hours listed.
Responsibilities:
- Make inbound and outbound collection calls
- Discuss payment options and negotiate arrangements
- Perform skip tracing and data verification
- Follow call scripts and document interactions
- Verify bankruptcy, disability, or garnishment claims
- Comply with state/federal regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of collections experience
- Basic computer skills and navigation skills
- Strong communication, typing, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with standard office systems and procedures
