Education Requirements- No formal education required. A high school diploma or equivalent is a plus, but it is not required for this cleaning and facilities role.
- No prior experience needed. We train motivated candidates from day one.
- Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is a bonus.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety practices is a plus.
- Experience in office, commercial, educational, warehouse, or industrial settings is a plus.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.
- Ready for an active, hands-on role that keeps you moving all day.
- Keep restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas clean, sanitized, and welcoming.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors across the facility.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and empty trash and recycling bins.
- Restock paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Spot and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow cleaning schedules and safety guidelines.
- Assist with room setups and cleanup for meetings and special events.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and janitorial tools.
