Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional accounting certifications or continuing education are beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Experience preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial records and accounting documentation.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Experience using accounting software, spreadsheets, and enterprise financial systems.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive financial information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in accounting, financial analysis, auditing, budgeting, or corporate finance is preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar accounting software is beneficial.
- Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, tax preparation, compliance, or internal controls is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate professionalism, analytical thinking, accuracy, and strong organizational skills are well positioned for success as a CPA Accountant.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to review detailed financial documents and perform accurate data analysis.
- Ability to occasionally lift office materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to perform normal office duties while maintaining productivity and attention to detail throughout the workday.
