Pay Rate: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
Monday - Friday | Night & Weekend Availability Required

When something breaks, you don't panic, you grab your tools and get to work. We need a Commercial Maintenance Technician who can keep machines moving and production rolling.
Your Skills
- 2-5 years of maintenance, mechanical, or building trades experience
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or facility maintenance
- Valid driver's license with good driving record required
- Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and work order systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
On the Job Every Day
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair work at commercial facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC-related issues
- Complete work orders, inspections, and service reports using mobile technology
- Repair drywall, paint surfaces, replace fixtures, and maintain building appearance
- Support emergency maintenance calls and after-hours service requests
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
- Follow OSHA regulations and all workplace safety procedures
- Travel daily between local customer sites using company vehicle
