Location: Seekonk, MA
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Shift:Monday - Thursday | 1st Shift

Every shop needs someone to run the machines - and that's where you come in. As a Machine Operator, you'll keep production rolling while cashing steady paychecks.
Bring to the Table:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Strong communication, reading, and basic math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic preferred
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Muller Martini 335 and 321 saddle stitching equipment
- Adjust machinery based on job specifications, including paper size, stitch count, and binding requirements
- Perform routine inspections, cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs on bindery equipment
- Replace worn parts and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed
- Assist with various bindery operations and production tasks to support workflow efficiency
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards and production specifications
