Staffmark is seeking qualified and motivated individuals to work at A.O. Smith, a premier employer and manufacturer in Johnson City. Candidates will work in a fast-paced environment with the responsibility of performing tasks involved in the production of Water Heaters in a safe and efficient manner. Operates, tends, stops, and cleans machines; assembles finished product; and inspects work to ensure the highest quality.
Starting Pay $15.50/HR and goes to $18.36 in 150 days!
40 hours a week.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble components while inspecting for fit, form, and function per defined procedures
- Machine operation
- Learn multiple tasks related to the assigned production area
- Use a variety of hand tools
- Work quickly but mindfully with minimal errors/mistakes
- Maintain a clean and safe production area
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- To be able to lift 30 pounds
