Warehouse Team Lead
đź’˛ $23.00/Hour | Full-Time
We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support a team of forklift operators and warehouse associates.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate warehouse staff and forklift operators
- Ensure accurate loading, unloading, and material movement
- Monitor inventory and assist with cycle counts
- Enforce safety procedures and conduct equipment inspections
- Train new employees on warehouse processes and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse leadership experience preferred
- Reach forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be able to work a 3 Days ON / 3 Days OFF schedule, including Saturdays
