Pay Rate:
- $15.92 - $16.42 / hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support a special project in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment. This temporary opportunity involves assisting with production tasks, picking and packing products, and supporting daily operational needs.
The ideal candidate is flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to changing production demands while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with production and warehouse operations as assigned
- Perform picking and packing duties accurately and efficiently
- Sort, organize, and prepare products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
- Support team members in meeting daily production goals
- Adapt to changing workloads and operational needs as production levels fluctuate
- Assist with additional general labor duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a flexible schedule based on changing production levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Picking and packing experience is a plus.
