Staffing Recruiter Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) Redford $18-$20

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Bilingual Staffing Recruiter fluent in English and Spanish to join our Redford, Michigan team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively recruit, screen, and place candidates in temporary and temp-to-hire positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for manufacturing, warehouse, production, and other light industrial positions.
• Bilingual Communication: Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking candidates regarding job opportunities, schedules, pay rates, attendance expectations, and employment requirements.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews, evaluate qualifications, verify work history, and assess candidates for appropriate job placements.
• Job Postings: Create, maintain, and update job advertisements on online job boards and other recruiting platforms.
• Onboarding: Coordinate new-hire paperwork, background checks, drug screens, I-9 verification, E-Verify, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Attendance & Retention: Follow up with placed employees to encourage attendance, address concerns, and improve retention.
• Client Support: Work with the recruiting team and management to prioritize open positions and meet customer staffing needs.
• Employee Relations: Respond to employee questions, communicate workplace expectations, and help resolve routine employment concerns.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records, application information, and recruiting activity in the company's staffing systems.
• Performance Goals: Meet recruiting, placement, fill-rate, and retention objectives.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, or high-volume hiring experience is preferred.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, production, or light industrial positions is a plus.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, online job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
