Technical Support Engineer – Microsoft Outlook

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Redmond,WA

Job Description:

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Outlook issues.
  • Troubleshoot email, calendar, mailbox, and connectivity problems.
  • Resolve issues related to Outlook configuration and performance.
  • Manage support tickets and follow SLA requirements.
  • Work with internal teams on complex technical issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.

Strong communication and customer service skills required.
