Job Summary

• Seeking a Senior SAP MM/SCM Lead or Solution Architect with extensive hands-on implementation and configuration experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical-functional expertise, solution design capabilities, and team leadership experience across end-to-end supply chain processes.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 15 years of SAP MM experience across ECC and S/4HANA.
• Strong hands-on SAP implementation, configuration, and solution design experience.
• Expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, MRP, and MM Release Strategy.
• Experience with Logistics Execution, Transportation, Inventory Rebalancing, and Network Optimization.
• Strong understanding of SAP and non-SAP integrations.
• Experience leading teams, managing stakeholders, and driving solution delivery.
• Hands-on experience with complex testing, test scripts, enhancements, and customizations through production deployment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand ABAP code and perform debugging.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM/SCM solution design, configuration, implementation, and process optimization.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Drive P2P, inventory, MRP, and logistics process improvements.
• Manage integrations, testing, enhancements, deployment, and production readiness.
• Lead technical-functional teams and coordinate with business stakeholders.
• Support inventory rebalancing, network optimization, and supply chain initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working across complex supply chain environments and varied SAP architectures.
• Proven experience as an SAP MM Lead, SCM Lead, or Solution Architect.

Supplier Notes

• Target Senior SAP MM/SCM Leads or Solution Architects with strong hands-on implementation and configuration experience in both SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Prioritize candidates with a combination of technical-functional expertise, solution design, and team leadership.
• Pharma domain experience is a major plus and should be prioritized during sourcing.
