Salary $100,000/yr to $125,000/yr plus benefits

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead financial operations for a healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, financial planning, audits, compliance, and departmental performance while supporting organizational goals and operational excellence

.Key Responsibilities

• :Direct and manage finance department operations and staff
• .Develop and monitor budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
• .Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
• .Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements
• .Support strategic planning and organizational decision-making
• .Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures, including HIPAA

.Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• .Previous leadership experience in finance or accounting
• .Knowledge of healthcare finance, regulatory compliance, and auditing practices
• .Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• .Proficiency with financial systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
