Property Manager Assistant

Job Description

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years property management experience, including multifamily apartments
• Experience in the Real Estate Industry
• Self-starter able to switch from task to task quickly with ease
• Experience with AppFolio or similar product
• Strong organizational skills
• Bi-lingual in Spanish/English
• Must always have access to reliable transportation
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Property Manager, TR Wealth
• Responds to tenant inquiries via phone calls, portal requests and all other means of communication
• Post units available to rent on multiple platforms times.
• Mileage compensation is $.65/ mile for driving to our portfolio of properties as needed.
  
  

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Torrance, CA 90505: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
  
  

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
  
  

Experience:

• Property Management: 1 year (Required)
  
  

Language:

• Spanish (Required)
• English (Required)
  
  

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
