Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Position Summary:-
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mail Management Specialist (Tier II) to support daily mailroom and distribution operations in a fast-paced office environment. This position is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining accurate records, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring timely delivery of documents and packages throughout the facility.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:-
Process, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Handle shipping and receiving activities, including package tracking and documentation.
Prepare mail, correspondence, and shipments for delivery.
Maintain accurate mailroom records and logs.
Operate mailroom equipment, postage systems, and shipping tools.
Ensure timely and accurate distribution of documents and materials.
Assist with inventory management for mailroom and office supplies.
Communicate with internal departments regarding deliveries, shipments, and mail services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Follow company procedures and service standards while meeting productivity goals.
Support special projects and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:-
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous mailroom, distribution, shipping/receiving, logistics, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Strong customer service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications:-
Previous experience in mail services, distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Experience using shipping software, package tracking systems, or mailroom equipment.
Familiarity with inventory management and recordkeeping processes.
