Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a passion for uncovering insights through cost analysis? We’re looking for a Cost Accountant to join our team and support our operations by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable cost data.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for cost accounting across moderately complex areas—analyzing production costs, variances, and inventory metrics to help drive smarter business decisions.
🧾 What You’ll Do
- Analyze and report on material, labor, and overhead costs
- Monitor purchase price and production variances
- Prepare monthly cost rolls, inventory reserves, and KPI reports
- Support BOM setup and changes, cost studies, and product cost estimates
- Collaborate with site controllers and cross-functional teams
- Assist with audits, journal entries, and annual budgeting
- Drive continuous improvement in cost analysis and reporting
🎓 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in cost accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)
- Manufacturing experience (preferred)
- CPA certification (preferred)
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
