What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Lead & Mentor: Supervise and develop your local HR team, including Staffing Coordinators and HR Clerks.
- Drive Recruitment: Oversee the entire onboarding pipelinefrom advertising openings to running dynamic new hire orientations.
- Data & Systems Management: Utilize Kronos to manage employee records, process change requests, and audit payroll fields for accuracy.
- Employee Relations: Handle coaching, disciplinary actions, and resolve escalated personnel issues professionally.
- Safety First: Oversee workplace safety programs, manage workers' compensation processes, and maintain monthly OSHA logs.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education & Experience: A Bachelors degree in HR (or a related field) OR 5 years of equivalent HR experience.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas), and Outlook.
- Skills: Excellent time management, sharp judgment, and the adaptability to pivot as priorities shift.
