- ✔ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ✔ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- 10 years of experience in software/application development.
- 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow ITSM applications.
- Strong experience developing and customizing ServiceNow modules.
- Experience in the Financial Services domain.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Service Catalog.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience with Update Sets, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
